I can't say enough good things about Viva Holidays. Last year, we planned a 12-night adventure to New York and Vegas with Andrew's assistance. It was an unforgettable trip, and we ended up coming back home as an engaged couple!

Now, a year later, we’ve just arranged our 11-night honeymoon to Asia for this September, once again with Andrew!

The whole experience of crafting our dream vacations has been totally stress-free and budget-friendly. Andrew has been a joy to collaborate with both times, always attentive to what we wanted. He provided us with various accommodation choices and shared his insights based on his own travels.

We won’t think twice about booking future trips with Viva, especially for long-haul journeys. We owe a big thanks to both Viva and Andrew for helping us create some amazing memories.

This review reflects my experience booking with Viva Holidays. The trip is set for the end of August 2023.
I’m really happy with the help I got from Sakshi. She was super polite and friendly every time we chatted. Her patience was incredible as she tailored the holiday just the way I wanted. I had to request a few adjustments regarding hotels, the duration of my stay in each city, train schedules, flights, costs, and so on. She provided all the information I needed and remained cheerful and courteous throughout.
I had a lovely and informative conversation with her about other destinations to explore in the future, including India, where she’s located.
At first, I was a little hesitant, not quite getting why this company operates from India while having a London phone number, but I got over that and even thought about how nice it would be to meet Sakshi in person.
I’m really, really satisfied with the service I received from her.
Now, I can’t wait for my week-long stay in Venice and Florence!

I interacted with a couple of consultants who offered a quick and professional experience. They paid attention to what we needed and then suggested the ideal vacation for our family.

I reached out through the website regarding a multi-stop vacation. I got a message saying someone would call, but that never happened. Then, I got an email with a quote that was way too high—£400 more than what was listed online. I asked if there was any chance to lower the price since I was open to dates in March or April and flexible with hotel options. I also wanted info about the flight's stopover. No reply came my way. So, I shot another email and was told, 'please book if you find a better price elsewhere.' They didn’t even check other dates or hotels, nor did they answer my question about the stopover duration. Save your time; they clearly don’t care.

Harish handled my request and he was fantastic. Every chat felt super personal; he was consistently friendly, courteous, and professional. Harish really got what I was after and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Whenever I called with queries, they were addressed right away. I can't recommend Harish and Viva Holidays highly enough. Top-notch company.

Viva-Holidays really nailed the trip planning and tour. There was a little snag at the start, but Dharval from Viva sorted it out. I’d have rated the tour a full 5 stars if it weren’t for that hiccup. We visited Memphis, Graceland, New Orleans not once but twice, Montego Bay in Jamaica, took a tour of Grand Cayman, and hit Cozumel in Mexico. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

Fantastic service! Jade was super helpful in setting up our trip. I needed to adjust my flight dates, and he was just awesome in handling the holiday arrangements.

Worked with Madhav, and he made everything easy-peasy when it came to reserving flights and hotels. He went over every detail of the booking and was super helpful with all my questions. Can’t say much about the holiday since it hasn’t happened yet, but if it’s anything like the booking process, we’re in for a blast!

Shambhavi took her time to sift through a ton of choices for me as I organized our inaugural multi-centre journey. She really got what mattered to us and provided solid advice when I was feeling a bit lost. Fingers crossed that our trip in March turns out great 🤞 I'll share my thoughts again after we return.

Amitabh was super helpful and made the adjustments we asked for in no time at all. We're really excited about our upcoming journey to Porto and Lisbon, big thanks to Amitabh!

I was looking to plan a multi-destination trip to Dubai and the Maldives, then back to Dubai. JADE was fantastic; he understood exactly what we were after and organized all the transfers and the boat ride between the hotels. Fingers crossed the trip goes as seamlessly as the booking did. While searching for a Multi Centre Trip, we stumbled upon Viva holidays. Rose was incredibly supportive in crafting a package for Thailand, offering us destination suggestions and promptly addressing all our inquiries. The package she arranged was an excellent deal as well! We can't wait for our upcoming Trip!

We planned our honeymoon trip to the Maldives, and Amitabh was fantastic! He assisted us from the beginning and was super responsive throughout! We found a better deal somewhere else, but their reviews weren't as impressive. However, Amitabh managed to outdo that offer! It was a delightful experience with a friendly team. Can't wait for our honeymoon and fingers crossed the rest of our adventure with Viva stays just as awesome :)
